Just fill in the shipping address on the shipping method page when checking out in the online store, and then select the "4-hour express delivery" option.

Is it applicable to the whole HK?

Except for remote areas, the 4-hour service is applicable to most areas in Hong Kong, depending on whether the third-party logistics service will take orders.

Can I receive the item within 4 hours of placing the order?

4 hours is counted from the time the third-party courier picks up the package, not within 4 hours after placing the order, depending on the delivery speed of the courier.

Does it apply 24 hours?

The 4-hour service delivery/collection time is currently only available from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm. Third-party logistics platforms do not provide overnight services, and nothing can help. The cut-off time is 8:00 pm. If the order is placed after the cut-off, the delivery will usually be arranged after 1:00 pm the next day.
If you are in a hurry or want to try your luck after the cut-off time, you can contact us to see if we can provide assistance.

Can it be delivered to the hotel?

Of course! The courier can usually deliver to the front desk of the hotel lobby. Guests must clearly state the hotel room number when placing the order.

4 hours service after ordering process?

As the 4-hour service requires face-to-face delivery, we will first contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm that someone at the delivery address is available for face-to-face delivery. Guests must ensure that the contact information and address provided are complete, otherwise delivery may be delayed.

If no one signs for it, can just place by the door?

Please contact us in advance to see if special arrangements can be made, all risks are borne by the guests.

Can it be delivered to the smart locker/SF station/convenience store?

Can not. The 4-hour service is not an official service provided by SF Express, so you cannot enjoy the related facilities and services, but you can deliver it with the courier outside the location ;)

Will the courier know what I purchased?

Absolutely not! All products will be packaged with a high degree of privacy. No worry.

What should I do if there is a problem with the product?

Please contact us yourself with the details of the problem so that we can assist you. Please note that only one free 4-hour/shipping service is offered per order. All shipping costs arising from the return or exchange of goods shall be borne by the customer.
