It is our mission to provide you with the best quality products. However, if dissatisfaction arises due to product quality defects, we will arrange a return or exchange for your in accordance with our policy below.  

 

We only accept unopened, unused and defective products for return or exchange. For unopened and unused products, you may return or exchange them within 7 days from the date of purchase. If the product has been opened or used, it will only be accepted if the product has quality defects. 

 

Please clean the product thoroughly prior to returns or exchanges to ensure hygiene. If you have retained the product's original packaging, charging cable, dust bag and other components, we recommend that you return them together with the product.

 

1. Return & Exchange Procedure

 

We will proceed with returns and exchanges in accordance with the following steps:

 

a) Please contact us and fill out the "Returns & Exchanges Request Form”. We will follow up with you within 1 - 2 business days upon receipt of the completed form;

 

b) We will provide you with some preliminary suggestions after we have gained an understanding of the problem (for example: turning off the lock function that disables the power on function, etc.);

 

c) If the problem still persists, we recommend sending the product back (postage prepaid by you) or bringing it back in person to our store;

 

d) Upon receipt of the product, we will need to keep the product on hand to conduct detailed internal inspection and communicate with the brand to confirm the quality defects of the product. Therefore, unless there are special and urgent circumstances or feasible conditions, we do not offer on-the-spot product exchanges. If the product is confirmed to have a quality defect, we will arrange to replace it for you as soon as possible, but in certain cases we may not be able to provide an exact time for exchange.

 

e) If you: i) wish to pick up the replacement product in person at our store, we will open the product packaging and test the product for you on the spot so as to ensure its quality; ii) wish to have the replacement product sent back to you (postage paid by you), please test the product upon receipt and inform us of its quality;

 

f) We will not be responsible for any damage due to man-made factors (e.g. improper use or poor storage), but we can still inquire about repair costs from the brand on your behalf (if applicable).

 

2. Quality Defect

 

A product will be considered as defective if its quality does not meet reasonable expectations. Products damaged by normal wear and tear, accident or misuse will not be considered defective.

 

3. Shipping Fee

 

All shipping fees arising from product exchanges and returns are borne by the customer, and the shipping fees for the original order will not be refunded.

 

4. Product Warranty

SATISFYER(offers a 15-year warranty from the date of purchase, during which a one-time product replacement will be offered. Please note that the 15-year warranty period does not apply to products that have already been returned or exchanged once (in other words, the warranty period will automatically expire after the product has been returned or exchanged

 

*Please note that clearance products are not eligible for any warranty. 

 

Please contact us if you encounter any product quality defects for [non-electronic products]. 

 

For products with quality defects during the warranty period, we will do our best to replace the product with the same model, color and size (subject to actual conditions) for free, or provide a full refund.

 

The warranty period of a product starts from the date of purchase of the initial order and not from the date of return or exchange. In other words, the product warranty period will not be extended after the product is returned or exchanged.

 

5. Clothing and Intimate Wear

 

Due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a quality defect, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any opened or worn clothing and intimate wear, unless the product has a quality defect. All clothing and intimate wear must be returned in their full set. 

 

6. Handmade Products

 

Each piece of handmade product (such as massage candles and glass dildos) is unique, so their characteristics such as color, shape, texture and size may vary slightly. This variation is not considered as a quality defect. We have the right to reject exchanges and returns of handmade products unless there are quality defects.

 

7. Discounted Items

 

All discounted items are non-refundable unless they are defective. Clearance products are not eligible for any warranty. 

 

8. Color Discrepancy

 

We do our best to accurately display product colors on our online store. However, due to technical differences, there might be slight discrepancies between the displayed and actual color of products. 

 

9. Repeat Returns & Exchanges

 

We have the right to refuse repeated returns and exchanges.

 

10. Order Cancellation

 

You may request to cancel your order at any time before dispatch. 

 

If your order has already been shipped, please contact us to assist you in canceling your order. We reserve the right to charge for any shipping and administrative fees (including credit card processing fees) arising from order cancellations.
