How to use: 

Ziggy Cup 2 is easy to use - just fold the ultra-soft menstrual cup and pop it in. Remove after a maximum of 12 hours of use, clean and then reinsert.

Cleaning: Wash hands thoroughly with lye and water before using Ziggy Cup 2. Before first use, fully immerse your Ziggy Cup 2 in boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes and repeat between each period.

Fold: Use your thumb and index finger to squeeze the sides of the edge so it shapes like Figure 8.

Put in: Point the back side of the cup frame toward your body, and then slowly push the menstrual cup into the body until the back side of the frame reaches the back side of the cervix. Then push the front side of the frame to the back side of the pelvis. The menstrual cup will mold to the shape of your cervix perfectly, providing peace of mind protection.

12-hour intimate protection: It is recommended to empty the cup 2-3 times within 24 hours.

Remove and empty: Hook your fingers on the front and lower frame and gently slide it out while keeping it level to avoid leakage.

Cleaning and reinserting: Pour your menstrual fluid into the toilet, rinse your menstrual cup with lye, and reinsert it.
