Backdoor Douching Part 2 - Step by Step

Last time we briefly understood the reasons and preparations for enema , now let’s start with the enema steps! 😇～～

Step 1: Defecation + body cleansing

🚽 Use the toilet to eliminate excess excrement from the body.
🚿 Clean your body (especially the anal area).

Step 2: Clean the irrigator + irrigate the inside

🧴 Remove the scrubber and clean it inside and out with toy cleaner.
🚰 Fill it with warm water close to human temperature.

Step 3: Apply lubricant

💧 Apply water-based lubricant to the anus and nozzle of the douche.

Step 4: Preparation posture

Choose one of two positions*:
☝🏻 Choose one: Raise one leg 🦵🏻 (you can step on the toilet seat or other higher position).
✌🏻 Option 2: Squat your body 🐒, leaning your upper body slightly forward.
*Both postures help relax the sphincter muscles.
*Try to keep the body upright/avoid lying down flat and ensure that the water can contact all sides of the rectum.

Step 5: Insert into the body + slowly irrigate

🍑 *slowly* insert the douche into the anus.
💦 Then *slowly* squeeze the pump body to pour water into the body.
‼ ️ Don't let go halfway through the pump!! ️
This will suck the dirty water back into the douche 🤡

Step 6: Press the water pump to pump out the douche

👉🏻 After pumping water, ❗ don't let go❗
(that we explained earlier).
✊🏻 Compact the pump and slowly pump the scrubber out of the body.

Step 7: Stay for a few seconds + expel from the body

♨️ Let the moisture stay in the body for about 30 seconds to soften the body excrement.
🧻 Then get the water *slowly* out of the body!! ️ Remember to pull out slowly!! ️
Too fast can over-irritate the sphincter / burst hemorrhoids 🙂.
